Megan is a graduate of Auburn University and earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Health Promotion and is also a certified ACSM Health Fitness Specialist. While at Auburn, she was a member of the Gymnastics Team (o6-07) and the Track & Field (09-10) team. After graduating and completing her athletic eligibility, she decided to pursue her athletic career further and tried out for the US Women’s Bobsled Team. She competed internationally for the US for 3 years, 1 year as a brakeman and 2 years as pilot. However, she ended up having two back to back crashes during training which resulted in a severe concussion that ultimately ended her bobsled career and has landed her back in the beautiful state of Georgia.

Megan went to work as an office assistant at Hill Company, Inc. While working in the office on a daily basis, she was quickly reminded of what sitting at a desk all day will do to one’s body and how harmful it can be to one’s health. With her passion for health and fitness, she incorporated a Fitness Incentive Program for the employees. The program was very successful and helped the company and employees in so many ways that she decided to take the program to other businesses and launched A Stronger Workplace.
